EATSA was born from a simple belief: eating fast should never mean eating poorly. We imagined a Mediterranean fast-casual restaurant that is healthy and accessible, with bowls prepared to order using fresh ingredients.
The EATSA Story
Since 2021, EATSA has evolved while staying true to what matters most.
2021
The story began in 2021, right in the middle of the lockdown. Like many others, I had to adapt. I launched the first recipes as delivery-only, operating as a dark kitchen. Very quickly, demand took off: orders kept coming in, customers returned, and the feedback was overwhelmingly positive. The concept was working.
2022
After COVID, it became clear that it was time for the next step. In the summer of 2022, EATSA finally opened its doors in a space designed to welcome customers. Whether dining in, taking away, or ordering delivery, Mediterranean bowls are prepared to order. Customers can choose a signature recipe or build their own bowl.
2024
In 2024, the concept continued to evolve: seasonal bowls inspired by fresh ingredients and current cravings, the arrival of pitas to offer more variety, and the installation of self-ordering kiosks to make the service smoother — especially during the lunch rush.
Today, EATSA stays true to its original idea: eat fast, eat well, and eat fresh — without compromise.
